The Boston Consulting Group's $10 million evaluation of the New York City Housing Authority's central office and infrastructure has all the makings of some good old chunky scandal-soup:

1) The chairman of an already cash-strapped NYCHA signs off on a $10 million contract with a private consulting firm that he used to work for.

Nuns in caravan rip Staten Island's Grimm for support of GOP proposals

The sisters of "Nuns on the Bus," a Catholic social justice group, dubbed themselves "Nuns on the Ferry" Monday, traveling to Staten Island to protest GOP Rep. Michael Grimm's support of Republican budget proposals they say will harm the poor.

Grimm (R-Staten Island/Brooklyn) later said the nuns should instead focus on things like the decision to give city high school students the morning-after pill.
